Running to fight lung disease!
10.26.08

It was the perfect fall morning for a 5 mile run through Radnor, PA.  Although the Radnor Run was up and down hills, it was a great way for seven team lymers to run and show their support towards a great cause.

Run, Bike Swim in Dewey DE!!

9.13.08

Oh what a morning! Getting up at 5am is never the best but after some carbs and a little coffee we headed to Dewey Beach for the annual sprint triathlon.  After the half mile swim, 7 mile bike and the 3.1 mile run we were all ready for a hot breakfast and a nap! As usual there was a huge turnout and the training paid off.  Awesome work team lymers!

Cheers at the Stone Harbor Triathlon

7.20.08

Nine TEAM LYME members arrived at the Stone Harbor Yaugt Club early Saturday morning.

The sprint triathlon started with a .25 mile swim in the bay.  The water was freezing cold but once the gun went off it was time to move!  After we ripped off our swimming caps, we geared up our bicycle and cliped on our helmet for the 11 mile bike.

The last leg of the tri was a 3.1 mile run.  Tons of TEAM LYME cheerleaders stood on the sidelines to scream and support us during the tri. It was a wonderful, challenging event.  Great job everyone that came out for the 2008 Stone Harbor Tri!  See you next year!
